Program Overview*

This intense one-week Lean Healthcare Certificate Program for Supply Chain Professionals will give participants a hands-on, learn-by-doing experience applying Lean philosophies and tools in a healthcare supply chain environment. You will use actual data and case studies from our instructors’ vast experience actually doing the work, focusing on issues and pressure that you experience every day.
 
You will learn Lean supply chain techniques by managing a realistic healthcare simulation designed by our instructors. You will learn how to apply practical, yet powerful techniques such as flow and pull replenishment to implement starting on your first day back.
 
The program will begin promptly at 8:00 am CST Monday and conclude at 12:00 pm Friday.
