Registration may be changed to another colleague prior to 14 days from the start of the program, otherwise a 10% rebooking fee will be applied. A full refund will only be issued if written notice of a cancelation is received prior to 28 days before the start of program. Otherwise cancellations received less than 28 days before the start of the program are subject to the full registration fee.
